The secret to a great Christmas fruitcake lies in the timing.
Dried cranberries, golden raisins, dark raisins, and an unexpected
addition – dried mandarins are soaked in spiced rum and pure honey for
14 months before baking along with assorted nuts and spices.
Throughout this time, the fruits are periodically “fed” with more rum!

How do you enjoy RED KETTLE’s fruitcake?
You can savour it as is, warm it slightly, pair it with a glass of red wine, or enjoy it with a shot of espresso. If you prefer it even boozier, simply feed the cake with 1 to 2 tablespoons of rum, whisky, or brandy, until it’s just the way you like it!
