General Terms
- Each table reservation is limited to a maximum of 2 hours. Extensions are not applicable.
- If the actual number of guests differs from the booking, we reserve the right to adjust table arrangements accordingly.
- Tables are assigned by the restaurant. Selection of specific tables is not available.
- For any changes to the reservation (including number of guests or time), the original booking must be cancelled, and a new reservation must be made, subject to availability.
- We kindly request punctuality. Tables will be held for 15 minutes only from the reservation time. After this, we may be unable to guarantee your booking.
Group Reservations (10 persons and above):
- A RM200 nett deposit is required to confirm reservations of 10 persons and above.
- The deposit will be deducted from the total bill.
- Please note that deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
- Payment is to be made online via a payment link provided upon confirmation.
Private Room Reservations:
- Please contact our customer service team at contactus@redkettle.com.my to arrange a private room.
- Our private room accommodates 8 to 16 persons.
- Additional chairs or tables are not permitted. We reserve the right to cancel the booking should the actual number of guests exceed 16 persons.
- A room charge of RM200 per session applies (maximum 2 hours).
- No time extensions are allowed. Any extended usage will be considered a new booking and subject to availability.
- A RM200 nett deposit is required to confirm the reservation and will be deducted from the total bill.
- Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
- Decorations are not permitted to be attached to walls or glass panels. Decorations are only allowed on the floor.
