Sourdough Walnut Rye Bread – Naturally Fermented, No Additives
24 hours fermentation to develop a rich, earthy flavor with layers of mild nuttiness, tang, and honeyed notes.

Bread stays fresh for 2 – 3 days when kept in airtight container. Alternatively, it can be sliced & frozen, covered in paper/cling wrap/zip bags – this would keep bread fresh for months.
All breads are freshly baked, contains no preservatives and packed whole (not sliced to maintain it’s quality and durability.)
